Morning all,

Cant seem to view decision makers exchanges, I have adobe reader 9 but I keep getting the message that this document cant be opened, any ideas?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader 9, and I have managed to download the Decision Makers' Exchanges without any problems.

There are two options you could try - the first being that some of the files in AAR 9 may have become corrupt, in which case uninstall it and download it again, and/or secondly, right click onto the relevant document, scroll down the info bar to "save target as", and save the file in your documents folder or any other appropriate folder.

Often you will find that the second option will overcome the problem.

Go to the site home page, scroll down and click on Messaging on the left.

If you have any personal messages they'll be in your Inbox.

I would uninstall Adobe and then reinstall it. Reboot and try again.

Its important to use the correct version

Select the one for your operating system and when its installed it should install a plugin for the browser you are using.

You can always try version 8 if the new version 9 does not work for you.

Many thanks to all your replies, tried everything. Finally uninstalled reader 9 and installed reader 8, worked a treat, any thanks again.
