Self Assessment Form 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago  
Hello everyone,This is my first time here so I hope someone can advise me please.I filled in the form for a self assessment, they did not ask me for a med 4, I spoke to my doctor today and He said they will ask me to attend a medical, is that why they never asked me for a med 4 then I wondered.Also I thought having higher rate of DLA might have made me exempt.Thanks for any advice anyone can give me.
