Good to read about the recent court case.

This week we heard of someone with HIV & other medical issues having their DLA completely removed from High Care / Mobility.

They saw a benefits advisor who provided them with a questionaire for them to have completed by their doctor.

This was then sent to the DWP where they challenged a decision on the basis that they would go to appeal.

They then heard very quickly from the DWP that they had completely reversed this decision and re-awarded High Care / Mobility.

Avoiding an oral appeal on the detail and thus a judgement.
