going for medical 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago  
hi was wondering if any one as got some advice had a bad acceident year 2001 was put on sick and DLA but after a couple of years my legs causing me trouble went back on sick and put in for DLA but been turned down so i appealed against it now wainting to go for medical could you give me any advice thanks eva

Hi,

I take it the appeal tribunal adjourned pending you having a medical by a visiting doctor?. If so, once the doctor has visited you and sent in his report, either the DWP may reconsider your award, or if not, you will be invited back for the tribunal to make a decision on your claim.
