I just have checked the DMG amendments, and there are in fact no amendments listed to the ESA DMGs. This would normally be the section where it would give details of any change to the migration date.
It therefore follows that if the DWP staff are unaware of the intended migration date, it will make it impossible for current IB claimants to know as to when they will be transferred to ESA.
