High DLA exempt from Pathways to work interview? 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago

The DWP has really messed up my incapacity benefit claim. I receive highest rate care DLA and have been told as this is the case I meet the threshold of the Personal Capability Assessment. As they've messed things up I now have a letter telling me to go for a pathways to work-focused interview or my benefit will be stopped. As I am housebound this is very difficult for me to attend. Does the fact that I'm on highest rate care DLA not help me out of the work focused interview? I'm really not well and a long way off from even a small amount of work. I'm confused that I'm exempt from the PCA, but not Pathways to Work?
I'd really appreciate help if anyone knows?
Thanks very much,
Frankie

I should point out I've had a credits only claim for several years and my claim for Incapacity Benefit has been rejected.

You are exempt from having to attend this Pathways to Work interview due to you getting the HRC of DLA. Just ring and explain and you should hear no more.
