We are currently dealing with an ever increasing number of requests for advice on benefits and appeals.

All the moderators give advice freely on a voluntary basis and in their own time, and most have chronic illness or disability themselves.

It appears to be an increasing trend for some members to not reply to posts offering advice.

It would be appreciated if those seeking advice could have the courtesy to reply with a short comment if possible.

This will enable us to monitor the quality of our replies, and help us to improve our standards in the future.
