I am not sure if I followed this thread properly, as my concentration is not always good. However, you are entitled to get a copy of the medical notes that are sent by your doctor to the DWP. The form to do this is called:

Request for Further information DATA PROTECTION

The form gives you the option to request computer or clerical files that they hold in relation to yuor medical records. You will need to state dates that you require in relation to information you are requesting.

I made my request under the DPA as it gives the DWP a legal framework to work in, plus the request was sent recorded delivery.

Anyway, was going to post this info as a new subject heading, but do know know how to do it yet.
