Do you know a dodgy doctor?

Benefits and Work has been approached by a reputable media organisation who are looking for information about DWP doctors who take taxpayers money but don't do their job properly. So, if you've had a really bad medical assessment, whether for incapacity for work or for disability living allowance and you know the name of the doctor, we'd like to hear from you.

Let us know briefly what made it a bad medical, roughly when and where in the country it happened and the name of the doctor. We'll pass the information on anonymously. If you would be prepared to be contacted by a researcher or reporter let us know that too. We won't pass your details on without checking back with you first, however, just in case you have a change of mind.
