Avoid the Benefits and Work price rise

From 1 May 2008 we will be legally obliged to charge VAT at 17.5% on subscriptions to Benefits and Work. However, if you you are able to resubscribe early, you will not have to pay VAT.

The inclusion of VAT in the current subscription would add around £2.90 to a claimants and carers subscription and £14.88 to a professional subscription, though we’ve yet to work out the exact price rise.

However, if you pay before 1st May you can do so at current rates and we will add an additional 365 days onto the end of your current subscription, no matter how long it has left to run.

If you’re a professional subscriber we need to issue you with an invoice before 1st May.

If you’re a claimant or carer you need to either get a cheque to us before 1st May or pay by Paypal and drop us an email to let us know you’ve done so. We’ll then add the additional year to your subscription.
