TOPIC: DLA result!! HRM and LRC

DLA result!! HRM and LRC 1 year 1 month ago #85472

WoooHooo. Just got the result of my second application - and I got Higher Rate Mobility and Lower Rate Care.
I have been through it all once last year, including a Tribunal.
This time though I also had the benefit of using a Welfare Benefits Advisor from the Council although she is a volunteer (?)So together with the B&W advice I got a result.

I feel as though I have passed a degree course. Now I just have to wait for the PIP rules to happen.

Thanks for letting us know your news, I hope that you get a long period of peace and quiet before you have to contend with PIP.
