Prior to using this website, I have already received a life set up for DLA Middle rate care and lower rate mobility because I have schizophrenia and panic disorder diagnosed for twenty years. Although didn't know I could get it until recently.

Used this website after I had to fill out ESA50 form for reappraisal of ESA. After a three month wait for the decision I have again been put into the support group with a date for approval in two years.

Thank you to benefits and work for helping me word the form in the correct way for the effects and consequences of my health problems.
