Hi

I want to know if any of the forum members have encountered the bullish behaviour of Atos because I requested my forthcoming medical to be recorded - first Atos changed the times then when I did arrive at the centre they told me it had been cancelled due to not having the recording equipment that was a month ago tomorrow I go the centre again the Atos head office can not confirm the appointment I was referred to the local centre and they can not confirm the appointment until a few hours before due to my request for a recording if however I change my mind and go ahead without a recording they could confirm the appointment. Has anyone had similar experiences?

The rumour is that there are only a few recording machines, I've heard 17 but cannot confirm this number, servicing the whole of the country. As a result the logistics of making a machine available for a particular appointment is quite convulated, and many members who have asked for the medical to be recorded have subsequently had problems with cancelled or moved appointments.
