The way the coalition go about things you can just imagine them asking everyone of they want to transfer and waiting for replies.

I'm surprised that the fact it's only those between 16 to 65 being transferred as discrimination.

I don't think there is anything to stop them from migrating people under 16 and over 65 at a later stage if they choose to do so.

I'm sure they will after they've completely messed up everyone else's transfer.
