TOPIC: Tribunal Success

After failing to migrate from IB to ESA after scoring nil points in my medical in December, I appealed against the decision, and had my Tribunal on Saturday.

I found the questioning from the Doctor very intense, but the Judge then concluded and advised me that my appeal had been allowed.

Many thanks for all the help that this site has given me from the very start in completing my ESA50.
