TOPIC: update

update 11 months 1 week ago #88650

received letter today transferred from ib to esa without medical thanks to b&w I have informed both atos and dwp of impending visit to relatives and contact nos as I don't want to miss a work related interview and lose benefit sent recorded special delivery and recorded but no record of them receiving it or on track and trace (am claiming compensation from p.o.) have rang them and they said they have marked in on my notes. the stress has been terrible as we are all on here.
have asked for statement of reasons as advised. will not be fighting for support group - cannot do with stress and reduced money for bills. :S waited about 3 weeks for decision - seems to be about right listening to folks on here.

oh and the letter says i will be paid from July to 29th November 2012 - a lot of people seem tobe getting this date but gordon said it was something to do with the dwp system - is that right? :S

This is a standard letter, if we were in the new year, all of the letters would have a date in April.

If you want to to know you re-assessment date, the you need to ask for your ESA85 if you had a medical and the ESA85A if you did not.
