TOPIC: Question Regarding ESA Conversion Process Appeals

Question Regarding ESA Conversion Process Appeals 9 months 4 weeks ago #89317

Hello,
I have a couple of questions regarding CrazyDiamond's post about ESA Conversion Process Appeals.

I am not entirely sure I get the gist of what the post is about. Is it about a legal point regarding how the letters are sent out?

I am currently going through the conversion process, and having failed the medical, intend to put in an appeal in the next few days.

Would I risk being seen as a smart-alec were I to include the text of the post in my appeal?

At what point should I include the text? With my initial GL24, or later as a submission to the Tribunal?

Many thanks,
YT
