Hi to all. This is my first post here. I was placed in the wrag group with no medical after submitting the ESA 50 back in December 2011. I was a transfer from I.B. It's been over ten years since I worked due to my illness. I appealed back in january 2012 after receiving letter of placement in wrag group on basis there was plentiful evidence in my submission for placement in support group.I also requested the papers and info used to make the decison. Since then I have had one letter confirming receipt of appeal papers (after I requested they confirm). I live in east Yorks, does anyone know how long it is taking to receive the information back from the decision maker as I don't want to put the whole appeal together until I see where they are coming from and hoW the decision was reached. tHANKS FOR ANY INFO

I would have expected the DWP to provide the information you have requested in weeks not months. I would suggest you contact then to find out what has happened to your request.
