hi, anyone know how long it roughley takes to have a descion looked at by supersession for dla ,the descion maker made his descion without material facts x

It's hard to say.

Reconsiderations can take upto 11 weeks or longer.

I know of an ESA revision that was done. and the adverse decision changed in 2 working days, of course that is not the norm.

It depends what evidence the reviewing DM has at his disposal, whether any fresh evidence has been provided, or if the DM has requested any further evidence from the G.P. or other treating HCP.

I am afraid it is another of those "how long is a piece of string" questions.
