Hi k,

If you hadn't turned up for the assessment, there wouldn't have been an ESA85 medical report generated, which I gather you have in your possession, and from this, you know that you were awarded 12 points. :)

At the time we had our tribunal - and won! - with a recommendation son should not be assessed for 24 months - 2 days later another ESA50 dropped on the door mat - incredible - so it looks like we are starting all over again - the system is perverse - I have emailed MP and will complain to Atos and the DWP for all the difference it will make :-(

I must remember in future to leave Harry Potter's invisibility coat at home.
