I would suggest if anyone has had a bad experience of ATOS they e-mail him.

Seems a bit strange for the BBC to want to highlight the problems disabled people experience given their track record on showing programmes that try to tar [all] disabled people as frauds and scroungers...'On The Fiddle' et al springs to mind!

Have sent a complaint off to Job Cetre Plus and also to my MP

I sent questions to ATOS re. their charges for WCAs to the taxpayer. I received a reply from the DWP in Preston (not my local) to say that the information was protected by the FIA and I couldn't be told for my own good! ATOS has the protection of the DWP, but we claimants, most of whom have been tax-payers, haven't a leg to stand on when we make inquiries, never mind complaints. I've made another inquiry, and been told it's being dealt with. I'm not holding my breath.

I contacted Philip Hendry after reading your post and he states he has "loads" of complaints and is taking ATOS and the complaints against them very seriously.

He further states that a show looks to be being produced about this issue and number of complaints

and lastly that I have a very strong case so thank you for posting the contact.
