Just wondered if it would be okay to ask if anyone out there’s received any paperwork for a reassessment since January 2014., might possibly give us an idea…………….if that’s allowed?
I’m one of those who’d like to know and doesn’t have a clue, due to the ambiguity re: several dates on my LT54, however, I’m praying that with the penultimate paragraph saying “Her existing award(s) will be converted to an award of ESA from and including 09/03/12”. (please refer for WCA in 2 years. The appeal is duly lapsed). That hopefully I’ve been deferred for 2 years as surely they’d not have wasted any time sending me the ESA50?!!!!!!!!!!
I appreciate that you can’t speak on DWPs behalf, but might you think there’s a strong possibility?
Like so many other B&W members’, I don’t think I could have got through the last three years without everyone and thing re: B&W……………thanks all.

Hi p,
From what you have written, it looks very much like the recommended period before reassessment (the prognosis) on your current award was for 2 years from 09/03/12.
On the information that we are privy to at this time, unless your file has already been re-referred to ATOS for a reassessment, your reassessment "should" be deferred.

Go to B&W. - Click on the word “Forum” - Find the box labelled “Search” - choose “exact phrase” , put in “13 months” get out:bro58 wrote: Hi c,
After putting "13 Months" into the site search engine, I found this:

1. Appeals FAQ
Created on 05 March 2012
2. Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) appeals

3. CIB/460/2003
Created on 16 December 2003
Put in “All words” and it will simply remove the “13” and list 100 items with the word “months” in them. Try other variations - nothing helpful.
Look down the Navigation bar to “Contact and Help”, pick “Technical help”, nothing on searching. Pick “Other technical help” – nothing on searching.

There are two search links, the one at the top of the page is for the site minus the forum, and the one at the top of the forum "search link" is for the forum, it this one that you want.

Sorry – should have remembered that one, as I have tried using it before, but I have tried now and know why I’d forgotten.
Go to list of forum topics – click on little area labelled “Search Link” – Get to Forum FAQ – go down to topic listed as “search the forum from this link”. Click (wondering why the first “Search link” could not have straight to search page).
This gets up a page labelled “Advanced Search”, go to “Keyword” (since it appears to be the only place to enter information) and put in “13 months” without the inverted commas. Leave all the other Options alone. Click on “Search”.
Result about 29 pages of links to forum postings, the first few of which all appear to have the word “months” in them, though without any link to 13. Assume the rest are the same – take random sample to check.
Go back a page and put in “13 months” with the inverted comma (since, in the days when my brain was rather more functional, I taught search techniques and that’s how you find a phrase), again leave all other search options as they stand. Click on Search button. Get up message above original Search box, “Your search \\\"13 months\\\" did not match any topics.”
Try various other permutations (“13-month”, 13-month, restrict options, add in various extra terms e.g. delay, ESA, WCA) use AND to see if Boolean search works). Finally recall from more distant past (regex, I think) that \\\ probably means that the search engine is looking for actual inverted commas and abandon them.
Recall also reason why, months/years ago I gave up using B&W search engine (not the sparkling jewel in a generally splendid site) Give up. Then go through it all again in order to write this up to show that I really DID try and ask where I went wrong and also what assumptions I made that were not sensible.

The post you are looking for, is and was on the first page of the search results, however, to avoid you further effort
