hi I am applying for pip coming from dla and was wondering whether it would be better for myself to fill the form in or if i got disability direct to fill it in for me thanks guys from pussycat x

I am afraid there is no good answer to this question.
An experienced advisor can often add real value to the form when they complete it, however, they will have limited time to do it and will be reliant on you being able to explain your problems and limitations to them for them to do so.
You should be aware that you normally only get one PIP form, they are bar marked so there is no online version that can be downloaded and used as a substitute.
Ultimately, you have decide what is the best for you as only you will be effected by the form being completed well of badly. If nothing else you should have a good read or our PIP Claim guide so that any decision you make is as informed as possible.

thank you Gordon for your reply i have been and read the pages to help with filling in the pip forms i have made the dession to fill the form in by myself well my husband to fill the form in as i find it hard to try and explain my needs and how my disability affects me i forget to tell people all my symptoms i had only did it last week when I went to see a docter at the pain clinic so think it will be better for me to explain rather than me to try and tell someone who has only got a certain amount of time to help me to fill the form in i willow than likely miss loads out were as if i do it at home me and my husband can take more time over it thanks from pussycat
