Hi all,

Firstly, I must echo what many others have said, i.e. the Mods do a fantastic job and if I were wearing a hat I would take it off to them!

Secondly, along with some others, I would like to say that some opening time on a Saturday, if it were at all possible, would be an advantage. Very often we seem to get communication from D.W.P. on a Saturday morning and the stress over the whole weekend makes those of us who worry feel a great deal worse, until the Mods come to our rescue on Monday afternoon.

Having had this experience has prompted me to agree with others who have asked for a Saturday to be included however, I do very much appreciate the Mods may not be physically able to cover the extra time.

The hours and the pre-moderated forum is appreciated by me. It is reassuring to have an answer to a query fairly soon after posting the question.

I can see why some may feel the need for a saturday session, however for me this would have to be balanced against the health and needs of all the moderators, who all do a great job.

Like most people commenting, I think this website is great. The opening hours are great too but I would like a session on a Saturday _ even if its only for an hour. This would help people who receive the dreaded brown or white envelope on a Sat morning.

Opening hours are fine. And much appreciated. I have just renewed membership, even though I am being left alone by DWP for now. Best money ever spent.

Not sure I would want to remain a member of a forum where posts are not moderated before being put on forum, though. Have seen such forums and it is hard to pick out relevant info from the endles drivel.

I would say no need to change the formula here, but hope that this does not put a strain on the current, excellent moderators.
