Hi M,

You could contact The Clerk to The Tribunal, to inquire whether the stay has been lifted, and if not, why not ?

If they are aware that the stay should have been lifted, what else is causing the delay?

You could inform them that you are suffering further financial difficulty due to the stay.

Whether that would help to hasten The District Judge into action is an unknown.

Thank you bro58. I just phoned them again and this person was very helpful. She said they may have over looked my file and she has put a note on the system to update my file. Which they should recieve today or Monday.

At least you have given them a "nudge" and reminded them that you are still there !! :)

Hi. Just phoned up again. It has been with the District Judge since the 16th January and there is nothing I can do until they have made another direction.

Hi M,

I am afraid that some Judges will not be rushed.

Your only option is to check at regular intervals for any updates, and if the amount of time being taken is getting really silly, you can complain to your M.P. :

Contacting your MP

And/or The TS :

Complaining to the Tribunal Service
