They may well try again next week, it probably depends on how may files they are dealing with at the moment.

Just a pain as I haven't had any ESA for 4 weeks now.

I have to warn you that MRs are taking far longer than it was originally envisioned that they would (two weeks!), we have heard of some taking 12-13 weeks, it's not clear how much effect, if any, submitting or not submitting evidence to the process is having.

Considering it takes about 2 weeks from sending your request in to going onto there system I can not understand how they had envisioned it would of took 2 weeks. I sent it in on the 9th September. Phoned up on the 18th and it was not on the system so I said can you put down that I want a MR as I wanted to make sure that had the request. I phoned up a few of days ago and they said they had received it.

Hi. I got the decision letter today. Not changed. I didn't expect it to be. Phoned up CAB and the person who is dealing with my situation is away for a few weeks and could be unavailable to for a few weeks after that so I have to go to local drop in center again now and start all over again.
