PIPS Appeal Form was created by JF
Can anyone confirm that form SSCS1 is the correct form to appeal PIPS as the HM Courts and Tribunal service web site is a bit confusing.

There's a link to the form in the PIP MR and Appeal guide and a sample completed SSCS1 in the Submissions document, both are in the Appeals section, scroll down.
