I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, if it is whether their are Descriptors for DLA that score points, then the answer is no, there are not, claims can be awarded because of physical limitations or mental health issues that mean that the claimant requires prompting with their care, or a combination of the two.
DLA Decisions are based on claimants explaining what Care needs they have in regard to bodily functions such as cooking and feeding yourself, washing and dressing, etc., claimants need to show that their need is substantial enough for an award, but they do not need to actually be receiving care for an award to be made.
The Mobility element is divided into to two separate awards, Lower Rate Mobility is awarded to claimants who are unable to plan and follow a route, it is primarily aimed at mental health issues but those with learning difficulties might also qualify. The Higher rate is for those who are unable to walk or virtually unable to walk, the latter not only includes distance, but the manner of the claimants walking and the speed with which they do so.
