There are large portions of your post that I cannot allow in the forum as they breach our rules, I have done my best to isolate your question from the other comments which I have replied to below. I would ask you to only post matters directly relevant to any benefit questions you have in future posts.

From what I can gather from your post, you are currently receiving the ESA Assessment rate following your being found Fit for Work. It is not clear from your post when this occurred and where you are in the process.

So far you have not received any payments as you had not supplied a Fit Note, this has now been done but you are concerned that payments will not be made before Christmas.

I am afraid the only way to resolve this before Christmas is for you to contact the DWP about the situation, they do have the capability to make an emergency payment which can be done on the same day providing you speak to them early enough. You should ring the number on any of the letters you have received about your ESA.

If you are unable to phone the DWP yourself then a friend or relative can do so on your behalf but you will need to be available to answer the security questions and to authorise the DWP to speak to your representative.
