Lots of people work- both full and part time and claim DLA/PIP. I know medical professionals who are disabled and claim DLA/PIP and work full time. I work 21 hours a week and claim PIP and previously to that claimed DLA.
As Gordon says as long as it doesn't contradict something you said you couldn't do (in which case if you are now able to do it and your award is based on something you said you couldn't so you should notify the DWP anyway as it would be a change in circumstances) you are free to take up as much employment as you can do
