You can ask for a postponement due to the problems with your new medication, your case will be stronger if one of your doctors would write a letter in support of this. Unfortunately the decision to postpone lies wholly with the Tribunal Service.

At the risk of making it more difficult for you, any submission that you want to make should be with the Tribunal Service no later than one week before the hearing, they will accept more information on the day, but anything more than one page is likely to be rejected.

I would work on your submission top down. Write a short paragraph for each of the Descriptors that you believe that you should score points for. Then go back to the first one and expand it to two or three paragraphs, try and link your comments to the evidence that you have available, repeat until you think you have included everything you wanted to or you run out of time.

You may not have to write too much, remember you already have completed the form and explained your problems there, so you can refer to this as well in your submission.

again thank you for the advice....it is always welcome.

I have had the worst week ever, and that is saying something. I have been in bed for days but im feeling a lot better. All I did was miss taking a daily anti-histamine that I take all year round. but what I didn't know it was keeping the allergic reaction at bay from taking the meds. even my lips throat and eyes started to swell, luckily the anti-histamine worked and the swelling went down but im still itchy and now off the meds.

with regards to the tribunal on Monday im that angry at the way i have been humiliated, I don't know why the system would do this to save money??? what makes it worst is I need a maximum 12 months support and if I get that, that means they have to pay out for 2 1/2 years, absolute madness.

well In the end my sister emailed the courts explaining she will be attending, attached a photo of my rash explaining what has happened, making no demands just leaving it in there hands?

my sister will help me prepare for Monday as im still a bit groggy and don't remember much of last week...but we still intend to go! we have overwhelming evidence backed up by doctors and they allowed me to submit further evidence, where they can request a report from my psychiatrist. what we are doing is submitting a written statement on the morning which will

1, underline my case history.
2, go through descriptors.
3, what will happen if I get an award.
4, what will happen if I don't.
5, and if they provoke me I am at the end of my tether

the psychiatrist described it as a triangle where the 3 corners are medication /care and therapy. I am now getting the meds in place, I am waiting for EDMR therapy so its just the care bit that's missing.

I wont go into too much detail but part of my evidence is a written warning from my university regarding my behaviour after losing it, again. I was in the right but went over the top when I thought I had to defend myself, and I had to abandon the coarse after my step dad and main carer got cancer and died July last year. but the Uni never contacted me about my finals.

I am still having night terrors that can disturbed me for days and are so realistic, but its the same dream in different scenarios. waking up in the middle of the night soaked and cold, with my quilt the wrong way round and my dog hiding under the bath. what I have learned is that relaxation classes like mindful and techniques to ease anxiety like cbt can make my nightmares worst, like moving the problem on?
