It's fine for you to say what Descriptors you expected to score points for in your submission for the MR but you do need to explain why you think that you meet these criteria and wherever you can link it back to your evidence.

Don't forget that you have already put a lot of time and effort into your original claim form so in some cases you might just refer back to this.

so would it be better just to submit my further evidence because the letter from my mental health team and also the report from the rheoumatolagist [[ wich by the way has confirmed that I have also got osteoarthritis in my spine and knees] wich I didn't realise just thought the pain was caused through my hips totally undermines what the capita assessor has reported and just say that what I put in my application for pip was a true reflection how im affected on a daily basis and the extra evidence supports this I have also gone through the capita report and pointed out some errors that have ben made this whole process is sooo stressful I do feel like giving up but perhaps that's what they want THANKS ONCE AGAIN :)

Kin

It's entirely up to you, but if you feel able to explain your problems, it will likely be to your advantage, it is perfectly possible for two people to have Osteoarthritis and to be affected in different ways.

Regarding my MR how can the DWP be allowed to treat people the way they are I requested the MR by phone followed by letter stating I was going to forward further medical evidence then phoned again and sent letter saying what date my appointment was with reuamatolagist and I would send his report once he had sent it to my doctor and I could get a copy the guy on the phone said don't worry there's no time limit for me to send extra medical evidence and that there was a note on my file comfirming the too letters and phone call and in between this I had a call from dwp regarding another issue I had raised regarding capita I also raised this point with her about extra medical evidence she said don't worry there are notes on your file it defiantly won't be looked at until they receive it so 2 letters 2phone calls and surprise suprise what do I have in the post today my MR decision with out extra evidence I rang straight away the lady said she doesn't understand why it had been looked at because of the notes on my file it should not have been she said she would email a manager and request a second mandatory reconsideration it would prob take 5 working days for a call back and then said go ahead and send the extra information!!!!! So be aware any one who is going through the MR stage you abide by they rules do everything correctly and still they do want they want with no thought for any one how are they allowed to get away with this the process is stressful enough without them causing more stress they are
