Work interviews at JC+ when ESA Support

Further to my posting the other day about getting letters about work-focus interviews at JobCentre when you are in the ESA Support group, I phoned the call centre to see what was going on with mine.

I was told that yes, it is definitely voluntary for ESA support people. These are standard letters that go out indiscriminately to both groups, Support and WRAG. The assumption is, although these were not the precise words, that effectively people in the Support group will know that all this is voluntary because it says so in their original award letter.

A person in Support can choose whether to go or not - just need to let them know in advance.
