Has the PIP Claim Form Changed? was created by caravanj
An ex-neighbour who doesn't have internet access has phoned me for help with her PIP claim but as she read through the form the questions didn't match the PIP checklist & descriptors that I used when I completed my wife's form in Oct last year..

I can't just nip round & look at her form as she lives 50 miles away.

If there is a new version then any changes would be cosmetic as there has been no changes to the PIP legislation and therefore the Descriptors.

Thanks Gordon,

I managed to download a copy from the DWP site.

Although the question numbers don't seem to match the ones on the form I completed last year I can still use the descriptor guide.
