From your post there is nothing that you can do in regard this claim at the moment, you must wait for the Judge to produce the Statement of Reasons that was mentioned in their letter, this can take anything up to 3 months.

Even if you can take this claim further (see below), this process could easily take the best part of a year so you might want to give some thought to making a new claim for PIP, however, you do need to be aware that a new claim will supersede any result that might result from a further appeal.

If you can, try and get face to face advice in regard any appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with you postcode, town or county.

You can only appeal further if you can show there has been an Error of Law . The SoR should explain why the Judge revised the points, but until it arrives you will not be able to determine whether this was an error or not.

Hi , I asked saying decision was contradictory as given 8 points for daily living and still refused. They replied saying corrected entry is now 7 points for daily living and then again refused it. Their explanation to refusing is not been fair on fact finding on my medical condition as its fluctuating condition and has deteriorated since I applied last year!!
Asked CAB and they said maybe I can get help with reapplying the new application. And have no resources to help with upper tribunal. Don't know what more facts can I give to appeal for upper tribunal. Just feel let down by the system.

Have you received the Statement of Reasons yet?

Hi , yes I received the statement of reason and it's going on about the reason where they gave the points however taken out the previous 2 points for cooking simple meal.
I am seeing my OT who's been really supportive and had said she will help me with the forms . Just going to apply as new as I don't know what I will need to do with upper tribunal appeal.
Thank you for all ur support and help really appreciate it. Really disappointed with the process of PIP with people being judged if u don't look ill or work full time as I barely am managing to keep my work . Not to worry will keep fighting .
Thanks
