Any DWP DM Guru's able to advise?

I am currently preparing for a tribunal hearing and in the bundle I note the form from DWP DBD600 is included, this is a 22 page document but DWP have only included 10 out of the 22 pages, can I ask if anybody knows what the DBD600 is used for and what may be on the missing pages please? Thanks in advance

Hi JJ,

I haven't heard of or come across the DBD 600 Form before and a quick internet search didn't really help either

No matter what the form may be if it consists of 22 pages, you are entitled to the full form and not less than half of it.

You could make a request for the full form by issuing a SAR :

SAR Form Download

From this page :

DWP Data Protection Policy

Or you can make the request in the form of a letter, as long as you make it clear that you are making a formal SAR under The Data Protection Act 1998.

Address the envelope : FAO The Data Controller, at the Benefits Office dealing with your benefit/appeal.

Write DPA 1998 SAR in front, top, left corner of envelope.

Once received, they have 40 calendar days to comply.

Sending Documents to the DWP.

If you feel that evidence provided within the DWP Evidence Pack/Bundle is incomplete you could also contact The Tribunal Service and ask that they investigate this.

Other members/Mods are most welcome to respond if they have knowledge of the DBD 600 Form.

Thanks Bro this is very useful; the form was circa 2007 and it appears the DM process document in some way that obviously follows through all the admin tasks when making a decision, I will see if any other wise souls post any ideas before I proceed with the SAR and/or the note to the Tribunal.

It could be nothing but as I am not clear as to why a DM changed the decision I believe these pages may have answers or not as is the case, I am sure they would not have expected me to note the page sequencing.

Also whilst on with a process query, I have evidence that previously went amiss and a DM stated they had never received it in my DM notice, now it appears in their bundle with a hand written receiced date upon it when everything else has a date stamp, is this usual.

Sounding very doubtful but want all in ship shape order, as they expect me to have.

Thanks in advance

Hi JJ,

I am not quite sure how much or what relevance a DWP Document from circa 2007 would have on the recent adverse decision that you are appealing now !!

If you have proof that the DM previously stated that evidence that you have provide went missing and it was relevant to the decision making process, yet it now appears in your bundle, I would most certainly highlight this in your submission.

They may of course state that they did not receive it until after The MR Notice had been issued to you.

If it is important evidence it is well worth bringing up !!
