Hi E1980,
There will always be a variable time delay, dependent on how busy we are, between you posting and it showing up on the forum.
All posts have to be read and approved by a Mod first.

If you would feel more at ease, you can ring ESA to confirm that Mum will first be assessed for entitlement to CB ESA before they go on to test for IR ESA entitlement :
THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 Press Option 3 for ESA. (Open 8AM-6PM. Mon-Fri.)
