atos hp recommended pip dwp refuse was created by nana neesie
hi there people has anyone been in the same sitution as my partner ? he attended atos assessment went well 1 week later we recieve pip refusal i ask for a DR and copies of hp assesment to our amazement hp is recommending my partner be given pip so the DM has gone against the hp recommendations has any one been in the same boat and if so what was the outcome

hope i,m not the only one that has been in this situation gordon would like any feedback as to what happened i am prepared to go to appeal/tribuneral on behalf of my partner who at the min is unable to walk /dress/prepare food i have claimed esa and been accepted thank god but i am registered deaf i am also on high rate mobility we are now reliant on our children 12hours of the day luckly they all live on our estate

Hi nn,

I do recall hearing from other members where they have challenged a decision by a DM that was perverse to The Assessor's recommendations, so you are not the only one.

For other members to respond to your post they would have to be on-line and read it.

In my opinion, any feedback would not be of much help anyway as all MR's and Appeals are different even though there may be some similarities.

Other members are still welcome to respond.
