63 with life award Will I change to PIP? was created by juliettemunro
Hi,
I am a DLA claimant with in indefinite award but am a little confused about the changeover to PIP. Everything I have read so far has stated working age 64 & over. I am 63 and was among the first batch of women to have to wait until 62 to receive my state pension. I have been in receipt of it for a little over a year now so am not working age. Will I have to change to PIP as an under 64 or not as a state pension recipient?

Hi Skitti and welcome to the forum. On the assumption that you are also new to the site, this link will help you find where things are.

The switch to PIP will affect everyone who was under 65 years of age on 8th april 2013.
