Hi
Don't worry, this is in line with the vast majority of MRs, its the governments way to put an obstacle in the way of claimants.
You need to put in another appeal and this time you get an independent panel.
You need to go through your evidence etc one last time to make sure it is all in order.
Did you get a copy of the HP report containing the ' visiting a friend opposite in your mnd' conclusion? Did you reduce your walking to 20 metres or less?
I am sure you will get your award at the appeal panel.

Thank you Foss, the HP didn't put anything about walking to a neighbour / friend. I was surprised that part of the form was left 'as covered in moving around physical points'
There was a note on another part of the form in the functional history section
Planning following journeys
'She says she may be able to figure out how to get to places locally'
On the points part nothing was written

The MR said I was not anxious and showed humour during my assesment & good eye contact. That doesn't show how I was feeling and I wasn't asked

Also you were all correct about no extra time really given to complete MR as they said I had an extra 2 weeks from date of consultation report received. They said you will have 2 weeks from the date on the covering letter THERE WASNT ANY COVERING LETTER OR ANY DATES DWP. I'm not used to people lying.

That really doesn't cover what I was asked or answered
On the points part It said see the next part.

One question my dr wrote another letter which didn't help but he said how many years I have had mental health problems and pointed out what medications I am on & that I can't go out alone.

Can I send another new Drs letter for appeal?
I am scared about the appeal as I went to one 8 years ago and passed out and ended up giving my side of the facts on the floor while being sick also not all doctors accept CFS/ME I might get those Drs

Hi
You can point out the lack of info in your appeal submission.
You should get another doctors letter and anything else you think may help.
You should go to the hearing and pass out!!
I know this can't be nice for you but it may be the only way to show them how bad you are.
Its not right and its appalling that disabled and sick people are being treated in this barbaric way to get what they are entitled to.
Perhaps you could tell your MP.
Please don't give up.
You will get what you are entitled to.

Hi had a phone call today saying sorry for distress caused caused and my award is now enhanced for care and mobility!
I was astounded it's so odd as put in appeal after mandatory reassessment was refused
And its reassessed in Jan 2021
So relieved
Thank you all
Odd isn't it?
