Michelle.I got the exact same line in my reassessment last month (am now appealing)-

''i have changed the decision from today as you could not be expected to know the evidence received shows you are not longer entitled''

Exactly the same and just as you said it made me feel as though they had done me some kind of favour. It also added 'and we have been able to do this on the form alone. Bonus!

Hi. Just an update. MR came back exactly the same. They said I sent in new medical evidence. I did not. Just shows the do not look at the evidence properly. I just sent in reports again what I did with my original form. They have just copied and pasted all there justifications as to why I am not entitled to PIP again. Looks like back to Tribunal again.

The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and instrictions on how to do so.

Michelle as we had the same comment. I got my appeal response from the and it is over a regular follow up letter last year which they think means I have improved with one of my conditions. It's daft though.
