Hi. So I received the DWP bundle two days. All 498 pages of it. They have included my original form 2013, which I left at MR and reapplied. They have included my 2014 form and all the stuff to Tribunal and they have included my 2016 form. Goodness knows what the to think of all this information. They were only asked by the Tribunal to give them the reasons for my PIP decision, not my life history lol.

Have DWP actually explained why they made the decision?

Think so on the first couple of pages, they just seem to keep copy and pasting their answer from the original decision, MR and again for the tribunal the same wording. All based on the F2F report.

Michelle we're at a similar stage, I also received my bundle which is over 300 pages and includes previous claim and info.

On the front papers of the appeal bundle it should explain a bit about why they have made the decision. We both had the same comment about a change in circumstances which we were not aware of. With me they are referring to a consultant's letter which they feel means my condition has improved (it hasn't) so I have tried to explain this in my appeal submission.

So, as Mrs H says, looking for an explanation of why the decision has been made might be helpful. Kind thoughts and good luck

I guess we will have to wait and see what the tribunal make of it!

Thank you Orangeblossom and Mrs Hurtyback. Yes I remember that comment. well mine was purely made of the F2F observations and the report she sent the DWP.
