I have just read the DWP reasons.
''Claimant didn't specify which parts of the decision she thought were wrong. Although she gave no specifics, HMCTS accepted her appeal as valid (page 1). i looked at all aspects of the decision and found its fully supported by the available evidence. As no new points were raised, the Tribunal are referred to the reasons for the decision under appeal at pages 464 of the response and also page 483 of the reconsideration decision''.

Also they keep saying there is no new evidence since 2014. Year of my original claim. But on my 2014 assessment I was give 4 points under mental health reasons, MR gave me another 2 points under mental health reasons. This assessment they have me 6 points under physical health and said that I showed no signs of mental health conditions.

Michelle

The things you quote are not new evidence, they appear to be the opinions of the assessor and the DM.

Thank you for your response Gordon. Are you referring to this quote,
''i have changed the decision from today as you could not be expected to know the evidence received shows you are not longer entitled'' ?.
Having re read that and they are saying there was new evidence to remove my PIP, but when I ask for them to look at it again, then there is no new evidence.

You were talking about the points being different this time from 2014.

Hi. So after going to see my adviser today I am not feeling great. Another woman who works at the company I went to, said that I am unlikely to win as now a days as it is really hard to win at Tribunals.
