Good, thanks. I actually think now it's best to just forget all about it until I hear the result. I've very much had enough of it! Thank you

Does the stuff you send to the tribunals get copied to the DWP? Thanks.

Yes, it is a principle of UK law that both parties have access to all available information. You will get a copy of DWP's case and they will get a copy of yours.

Yes I got their response and they have my submission. I mean the other letters I've sent since then. The reason I ask as in one I have gone through all their errors and wondering out if interest if they will also have been copied in.Many thanks

Your starting point is the DWP bundle which will have all of the documents used in the making of the Decision including the MR. Any documents you have sent since then to the Tribunal Service will be added to the pack and you will be able to confirm this as you will receive a copy back.

Any documents you have sent to the DWP since the appeal was lodged will not be included, all communication about the appeal must be made via the Tribunal Service otherwise you risk your appeal being delayed because the parties have different documents in their packs.

Thanks yes I have sent it to the appeals. They sent back a copy of the submission I did so know they have a copy of that.

I have since sent some more letters and in one my husband and I did a timeline like in the DWP response but out own version of events. This shows what a mess has been made of the assessment. I just wondered that, as we have sent it to the Appeals, will they copy it to the DWP?

It doesn't matter really. It would be good to think they see what they have done.
