Equipment as Evidence

Equipment as Evidence was created by Alison W.
In the past, listing equipment etc provided by OTs and physios, was
seen as evidence that professionals had assessed your needs.
The equipment was free so it wasn't about payment.

Can lists still be submitted as professional evidence?

Thank you. I really appreciate all the work you do for us.

Thanks. Will it count as professional evidence?

If I understand your question correctly, if the recommendation was made by am Occupational Therapist for example, then it would be, but it's not that easy with aids and appliances!

Having an aid, even if prescribed by OT will not score you points unless you can show that you need to use it complete an activity, or that even with the use of an aid you cannot complete an activity.

Don't forget "reliably" and "for the majority of days".
