hi brenda ,
just a update, , sent my submissions in on tues last week and all evidence .. recorded delivery ., the welfare rights worker i had is back on sick with ill health so doesnt look like ile be aving a representitive now as there isnt anyone else who deals with appeals ,, absoulutely dreading going now ,a good friend of mine who lives in bristol is going to accompany me to tribunal and support me so ime very gratefull of that ,,as my parents are not well themselfs and dont want to add extra pressure on them that they already have to dealwith with my problems ,,been told can take a few mths for a date so trying to put it back of my mindfor now as ive done all i can in sending evidence etc ,,i guess it willdependon the day how it goes with the questioning etc ,, will keep u informed ,,hope they have sorted out your money now for you and your son and your both doing ok ,

i have had a letter from dwp asking if there are any changes in circumstances and bank account so looks like we shall here something soon!

hi brenda ,
hope you and david are doing well. , .i sent my submisions of week today recorded ,, the woman i spoke to from welfare rights is back on sck ,so i been doing this myslef not even met her once ,she rang me askin if i could take paperwork in for her to go thrpugh but she not seen them as on sock ,so ive done what i can best,, sent some medical info off with submissions and just have to wait now until a date comes thoughi guess, absoulutley dreading it ,dont know how ime gonna get through it but one thing i know ile be glad when it all over with however the outcome is ,, glad to hear you getting somewhere with them at last ,they certainly dont rush to payyou what they owe youdo they ,different matter when you owe them though ,, ,

Alison,
You have done all the ground work ,and seems you have made a good job of it too !
Just sit back now and wait for a date ,it does take a while as they are overwlemed with all the DWP rejections,you will be successful in your claim.
Good that you have a friend who will accompany you,it does make all the difference.

i had phone call today ,and payments will be starting again on the 6 th sept!!
phew! what a relief . a income at last im going too do a big shop !
