update...
Hi, So out of the blue yesterday, phone rang , i let it go to answer machine...
it was pip DM, telling me that due to new information they want to speak to me, also stated that it was nothing for me to worry about and that they will try again.
(MR and supporting evidence etc was signed for on tue 27th) seems very quick for them to contact me either by phone or letter?

this was midday yesteday and so far no call back

as for the not worrying , ive done nothing but !!

I thought they no longer rang?
does this mean MR has likely been rejected?

kind regards
T

Toys

Sorry but the only way you will know why they have phoned is to wait for a new call or for you to phone them.

Hi toys2,

I'm afraid you can only request 1 MR although you could still go on to appeal if you are not happy with the award.

The Tribunal panel could look at both parts of the award but they should forewarn you if they are considering reducing it.

This is covered in the PIP guide. You have 1 month in which to submit an appeal request, so you have a bit of time to think it over.
