ESA claim due to end Nov 2016.

Hello,
Please can some-one advise me I should recieve my new ESA claim form around 12th Sept 2016.I am trying to gather information together.I am sending a copy of the Personal Independance Payment Consultation report dated Oct 2015 which was positive for me.
However I would like some advise whether I should send ATOS ESA Medical report form dated 2012 which states why I am in the Support Group at present, might this be seen as trying to push to get into the Support Groiup again ie put words into the DMs mouth.I

If you feel the previous ESA letter would be helpful then there is no reason why you should not send a copy.

Thank You for your quick reply,Mrs.Hurtyback.I just didn't want it to go against me,but after all it is further information to support my claim..especially as I had a home visit from ATOS last year in support of my mobility problems. Fingers crossed. I just wish I knew how on time people in Tameside are recieving there ESA claims,knowing my luck I'll be worrying all over Christmas.
