esa assessment and medical report

A friend of mine attended a medical assessment on the 5 september and rang dwp on monday 26 september to see if a decision had been made and was informed that no decision had been made yet.

She then requested a copy of her assessment report and was told one would be sent out. This arrived thursday 29 september which for the dwp must be a record.

The report was very supportive of her condition and looks promising but there is one line that she dosent understand and was wandering if you could c;larify the meaning of please.

Under the heading 'LCW or LCW and LCWRA information' it says
The client was found to meet the criteria for limited capability for work or limited capability for work and work related activity.
and then goes on to list all her medical problems and then says based on her condition, history, typical day and observations at the assessment it is likely she would have severe functional disability in the area of personal action and the available evidence suggests a review in the medium term.
I know that the medical assessor does not make the decision but from the report i would say it looks promising.
She has been in the assessment phase since january 2015 and has had to wait 20 months for a assessment and lets hope that all her anxiety is shortly coming to an end.

Your thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
