I can't face it. I got a letter that I had to pay 70 pounds for last week and I can't even look at it to see what my GP has put in it. Ivery read a few things on here about what to wear to your appeal but what I did read didn't say what. I find navigating on this page near to impossible. I found the page giving a template of sending in the Mandatory Reconsideration letter after I had already send it in. By the time I find all what I need for my appeal I would have had been and gone!

last time you posted you had just requested an MR, have you had a response to this yet?

Yes I got the letter back from MR And now sent my SSCS1 form in for the appeal. I'm waiting date. I've been told too that the 3 months postponement of work related finishes on 22 December and was told in January even before I got to appeal I have got to start work related crap. I don't know how I'm going to do that when I can't push myself in a wheelchair. Because of all this in 10 days I've had 3 asthma attacks, it's making me worse. I have a letter from my doctor but I don't think it's enough regarding how all my illnesses affect me. By the sounds they need evidence written in blood.

I called the court yesterday to find an estimate date...they about weeks time! I can't get to the court to watch another like it states, I need someone to push me in a chair which I don't have. I can only get info of how from here. And so far I have none. Time is counting down. Come January my money will stop as I won't be going to the work related crap as they stated this Tuesday will start 2nd January. I will go that day and tell them I won't be going waiting for appeal to go through. Until then I need coaching info help on here. I have my appointment 19 Dec for autism too. I have trouble finding info not knowing what to look for.

If you are sanctioned for failing attend a WFI or for failing to participate in Work Related Activity then it will be your Personal Allowance that will be stopped until the requirement is met, you should still receive the WRAG component and you would also be eligible for Hardship payments.

You say you need help or coaching, in regard to what?

How to get through the appeal. What are likely to do like trying to trip me up, As I can't attend to watch someone else's. I'm having more and more trouble concentrating, hardly any sleep and eating. My sister says don't worry as I can continue indefinitely send in unfit for work notes but I'm sure I read you can't do this, am I right in that? As my GP is backing me saying I'm unfit.
